Park your car at Threepwood Farm, pick up your walking leaflet/map, a quiz/treasure hunt for the children, keep your dog on the lead and respect the country code - all is set for a great day out for all the family. You have a choice of 5 walks ranging from 2 to over 7 miles, these walks connect with the exisiting Irvine Valley Paths network so the option is also there to walk other well used trails.
Threepwood Farm is a great starting and finishing point for your walk, our award winning gardens are open all year round, with small dipping pond and bird house to keep the children amused, our country store is also open 7 days and has everything you would need for your pet. You are invited to bring your own picnic which you can either enjoy in our garden or there are several picnic areas provided throughout the walk.
Be prepared to be educated! The interpretation boards placed throughout the walk tell you about the fascinating history of this area, in particular the Covenantors, you are also taken to a protected conservation site, an area abundant in flora, fauna and wilflife.
These are not difficult walks but do stimulate mind and body while walking through serene countryside and undulating terrain with spectacular views and interesting information boards. You and your family will be stimulated in every way and enjoy quality time together - ENJOY!
